Bellheimer Metallwerke GmbH has taken delivery of a WEINBRENNER integrated punching - double robot -

sheet metal bending production unit for the manufacturing of metal shelvs and columns for Paternoster shelve systems. The unit consists of a WEINBRENNER GP 250 / 4150 press brake, a WEINBRENNER punching unit with an automatic centering device , which is feeded with metal sheets by a Kuka KR 180PA robot.

After double sided punching, the sheet is bended by a second Kuka KR360-L240 bending robot on the WEINBRENNER GP 250 / 4150 press brake and afterwards unloaded on a WEINBRENNER transport belt for the subsequent production steps.
